The Maha Maya Mat is 100 percent latex and rubber free (if you are allergic to latex) and it is phthalate free. It is a closed-cell surface mat to keep moisture and sweat from absorbing in the mat. It is made from high-density material and has dot pattern asana shock absorbing function so your joints have minimal pressure.
