If you could train your mind to let go of the constant chatter, thoughts of the past and of the future, returning to those thoughts when the actual moment has come to pay bills or make the phone calls, you would be able to experience peace of mind.

MEDITATION
Visit our ongoing Meditation class on Sundays from 7:00-8:30pm. This class is taught by the author and local guru, Dennis Hill,(See photo below). The drop in fee is $10 plus $16 for the cost of his book, "Yoga Sutras-The Means to Liberation." We will explore Patanjali's Yoga Sutras from Book 1:Sutra 1 "Now, yoga."

Through the discipline of daily meditation practice, one can glimpse the inner stillness. In this stillness is the sweetness and serenity that exists continuously just behind the mind. Over time, the meditator becomes established in the peaceful presence of the meditative state. The meditator lives fully in the world, persistent in the happiness of this peaceful presence.
