Come taste a few choice wines before a moving yoga practice and again after to put this to the test. Does the wine taste, smell, feel differently? You decide what is true for you.

MEDITATION CLASS
Come to our ongoing Meditation class on Sundays from 7:00-8:30pm. This class is taught by the author and local guru, Dennis Hill.The drop in fee is $10/class plus $16 for the cost of his book, "Yoga Sutras-The Means to Liberation." We will explore Patanjali's Yoga Sutras from Book 1:Sutra 1 "Now, yoga."

READ ANY GOOD BOOKS LATELY?
We all have a few must reads at home. Bring in any loved books for lending or to pass onto fellow yogis. We will have a stamp available for labeling books you would only like to lend or for in studio use only. This is a great opportunity to share your favorites and try someone else's.
Also check out the reference books we have in our studio library available for check out.

FEEL WARM AND FUZZY ALL YEAR LONG!
The Seva Project is a giving program for those in our community that may be in need. BECAUSE I CAN FOOD DRIVE Bring in canned food to use for weights in Pilates and/or Yoga. We will donate these cans to United Samaritans Foundation to help them provide hot meals or bag lunches from a "lunch truck" at 11 different locations throughout the Turlock area. They deliver to Hughson (2 stops), Empire (4 stops), Waterford (2 stops), Hickman (1 stop), Denair (1 stop), Keyes (4 stops), Ceres (6 stops), and Modesto (7 stops). The Trucks dispense meals between 12:00- 3:30 p.m. The Emergency food pantry is available
on the last Tuesday & Friday of month. Social Security cards and address verification required. The clothes closet is open Mon.-Fri.. 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Washer & dryer, telephone use, and address available for homeless only.
